Mr. Chirag Aneja, Campus Programme Manager, Grey Orange, discussed a very important topic – ‘How to be Industry Ready’ as part of the Industry Institute Interface (I3) programme of IQ City UWSB.
Mr. Aneja talked about Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Intelligence Quotient, how they are different, their components, and the ways these can be improved.
Mr. Aneja conducted Team building activity with an objective memory game and case study based on situation handling with EI.
Mr. Aneja also conducted a quiz based on EI and all the participants interacted and discussed their perspectives on the questions. This was followed by a discussion explaining the signs of low emotional intelligence and how to control them using the ideologies of Lord Buddha.
