IQ City United World School of Business organized a two-day Faculty Development Programme titled ‘Decoding Behavioural Dynamics’. The programme was conducted in an experiential mode, where the facilitators utilized high-energy engaging activities, games, case studies, and group discussions to help participants understand group dynamics.
The faculty members and administrative staff gained deep insights into their behavioural approaches, identifying their strengths and areas for development. Through discussions facilitated by behavioural experts of international repute, the participating faculty members gained a better understanding of student behaviour, which will help them achieve greater excellence in their responsibilities as educators.
